We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual who is willing to take the challenge. The ideal candidate should possess the following.
JOB ROLE
- Plan production schedules, implement and control.
- Review and make decisions about capacity utilization, material & machineries.
- Maintain and rationalize the employee cadre according to the production schedules.
- Make sure effective and efficient line balancing with proper studies.
- Use appropriate tools to minimize the wastage and improve the productivity level of the production process.
- Responsible for up skilling and maintain a skilled workforce to meet the standards.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with all level of employees.
- Work with all the operations teams to achieve the set KPIs.
INDIVIDUAL PROFILE
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in similar capacity especially in woven garment manufacturing environment.
- Age 40 years.
- Degree/Diploma related to production/manufacturing or equivalent qualification.
- Preference will be given to candidates who has lean manufacturing exposure.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & work in a team based environment.
- Ability to lead make rational decision in a fast-paced environment.
