EMBILIPITIYA – (KITCHEN OPERATION)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Stores Management
- Oversee daily store operations and inventory control
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems
HR Responsibilities
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Handle employee documentation and personal files
- Support payroll preparation with accurate data
- Maintaining compliance requirement
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
