TRAINING INSTRUCTOR (Dippitiya)
CAREER PROFILE
- Conduct training for new and existing production employees.
- Provide practical training on umbrella manufacturing processes and machine operations.
- Assess trainee performance and monitor progress, attendance, and skill development.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, safety, and productivity standards.
- Provide coaching and retraining where required.
- Coordinate with Production and HR teams on trainee performance and placement.
- Maintain training records and prepare progress reports.
- Support continuous improvement of training programs and employee skills.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a production/manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of production processes and operations.
- Knowledge of data analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
