We are looking for a dedicated individual with a Degree in Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science or Risk Management, along with 4-5 years of relevant work experience to join our team, as an Assistant Manager – Social Sustainability and Compliance. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) policies and processes across our 110-acre facility. You’ll drive compliance with local regulatory and organizational OH&S standards, oversee internal and external audits, and champion the achievement of safety objectives and certifications. Your expertise will be key in conducting risk assessments, safety training, and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and visitors, while ensuring adherence to safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements. With a focus on hazard identification, inspections, and behavioral safety, you’ll implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment.
