We are seeking a driven professional to manage departmental operations, ensuring production targets are met with precision and efficiency. This role involves planning and communicating production goals, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering a multi-skilled workforce. You will monitor machine outputs, address technical and quality issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless operations. Upholding safety standards, overseeing machinery maintenance, and resolving customer complaints are integral to this position. Additionally, you will manage attendance and coordinate with HR to address workforce-related matters, ensuring smooth departmental functionality.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Engineering or Science and bring a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
