Head Chef
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Head Chef or senior kitchen role.
- Strong leadership, team-management, and organizational skills.
- Deep knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, kitchen operations, and cost-control.
- Proven ability to create menus and maintain consistent food quality.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Stress-resistant with a hands-on mentality in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep passion for high-quality food and excellent presentation.
Chef
- Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience.
- Solid knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and seamlessly as part of a team.
- Good level of English communication.
- Stress-resistant, flexible, and efficient during busy service periods.
- Reliable, motivated team player with a passion for cooking and strict attention to detail.
