Creative Head Chef Wanted
We are looking for a talented passionate Sri Lankan Head Chef to lead our new restaurant kitchen.
Our concept is authentic Sri Lankan cuisine with a modern twist – combining beautifully presented traditional dishes with innovative Sri Lankan fusion creations.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a deep understanding of authentic Sri Lankan flavours and cooking techniques
- Is creative and passionate about developing exciting new dishes
- Has experience in modern restaurant cooking and presentation
- Can create original signature dishes using fresh, local ingredients
- Can lead and train a kitchen team
- Understands menu costing, quality control and kitchen management
- Experience in boutique restaurants or contemporary Sri Lankan dining is highly desirable
