Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in bartending or beverage service, preferably in hotels or high-end restaurants
Ability to speak and understand English & Sinhala
Positive attitude with excellent guest service focus
Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages
Strong understanding of bar hygiene, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Creative approach to cocktails/presentation
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and busy periods
