ACCOUNTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all accounting transactions by preparing payments, verifying documentation & requesting disbursements, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate.
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Prepare monthly payroll, ensuring accurate salary disbursement and compliance with EPF & ETF regulations.
- Handle QuickBooks accounting system and online banking operations.
- Ensure compliance with all company and local accounting / financial regulations.
- Generate monthly / annual reports, prepare budget forecasts, and publish financial statements on time.
- Report on the company’s financial health & liquidity to management by researching and analyzing accounting data.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Guide accounting office staff by coordinating activities & answering accounting procedure questions by researching & interpreting accounting policies and regulations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- Male or female , age 25-50 yrs.
- Salary negotiable
- Degree or Ad. diploma in Accounting or in relevant field with 4-5 years of experience as an accountant
- Competence with computer software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly with good mathematical skills
- Experience of work in cloud base data entry systems
- High level of energy with strong customer service
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
