QUALITY SUPERVISOR

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- A minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in a Quality Supervisor role within the apparel industry is required.
- Sound and practical knowledge of different types of fabrics, their characteristics, quality requirements and common fabric-related defects.
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality standards, with the ability to ensure consistent quality throughout all stages of production.
- Practical knowledge & exposure of garment trims and accessories, including the ability to identify quality, specification and compatibility issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Upper Age limit - 40 Years.
- Work Location - Baddegama.
SCOPE
The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining and improving overall quality standards throughout the garment manufacturing process. The role involves monitoring production quality, identifying quality issues and ensuring timely corrective actions. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve quality-related issues and maintain smooth production flow. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company quality standards and established quality procedures.
