WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Minimum 05 years' experience in similar capacity with overall 07 years' experience in Apparel industry.
- Sound knowledge of industrial engineering practices, including line balancing, layout planning, capacity analysis, bottleneck identification, work study, and process improvement.
- Hands-on exposure to knit, woven along with washed garment manufacturing, with a sound understanding of related production processes.
- Passed GCE A/L (Ideal in Science Stream ) is mandatory & professional qualification from IMS/ AIMS/ CITI / GIMI or any other recognized institute will be highly considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer-based reporting tools.
- Upper Age limit - 40 Years.
- Work Location - Baddegama.
SCOPE
Responsible for enhancing production efficiency by optimizing manpower utilization, workplace arrangements, line balancing, and resource allocation to achieve planned production minutes and output targets. The role includes conducting time studies, identifying bottlenecks, implementing process improvements, and ensuring effective resource utilization.
