Trainee Marketing Executive - Southern Province

Your Role
- Promote and canvass our lending products and services
- Achieve monthly targets
- Cross-sell other products and services offered by the company
- Apply deliberate strategies to attract new customers
- Implement and maintain a sales plan in line with management guidance
- Use strong interpersonal and communication skills to generate new business
- Strictly adhere to the "Know Your Customer" policy
- Follow company standards for promotional and communication materials
Qualifications & Skills
- Aged between 19 and 24
- Three passes at the G.C.E A/L examination and a minimum of C passes in English and Mathematics at the G.C.E O/L examination
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work in the field and engage directly with clients
- A quick, proactive approach
- A positive attitude
- School leavers are encouraged to apply and sports and extracurricular achievements will be given due recognition.
