Quantity Surveyor / Site Quantity Surveyor
- Qualification - B.Sc (QS) / NDT (CIVIL) /HNDE (QS)/NCT (QS)
- Experience - B.Sc (QS) + 4 years, Pre/Post Contract Site Experience, NDT (Civil)+05Years, Post Contract Site Experience, HNDE (QS)+06 Years
- Experience, NCT (QS)+06 Years + Post Contract Site Experience
Expected Competencies
- 1. Sound knowledge and experience of IPA, Variation claims, Escalation, EOT claims
- 2. Preparing and Presenting progress reports and cost forecasts
- 3. Ability to work to tight dead lines
- 4. Ability to multi task and adopt to change priorities
- 5. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- 6. Familiar with relevant software such as Auto cad, Ms office and projects
- 7. The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of market rates
- 8. Able to start work immidiately or short notice period
