Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth, appoint distribution point, and market expansion
- Recruit Sales Representatives
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Monitor and improve product availability, outlet coverage, visibility, and manage distributor operations
- Lead, coach, and train the sales team
- Analyze sales performance and drive growth
- Monitor competitor activities and develop effective sales strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' FMCG sales experience, preferably in territory/area management
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skill
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field will be an added advantage
- Proven experience in distributor management & field sales operation
