We're HIRING! Senior Farm Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily layer farm operations and farm staff activities.
- Monitor bird health, feed and water consumption, egg production, mortality and overall flock performance.
- Ensure farm hygiene, biosecurity and animal welfare standards.
- Maintain accurate records of farm data and production performance.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective actions.
- Lead, motivate and develop farm teams to achieve production targets.
- Coordinate with management, veterinary, maintenance and other departments.
- Support implementation of farm improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Master or Bachelor degree in Animal Science, Animal Husbandry, Poultry Science or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in poultry/layer farm operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Good knowledge of commercial layer management, bird health, feeding, production and biosecurity.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and develop farm teams effectively.
- Good computer and data recording/reporting skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours and male applicants are preferred.
