Key Responsibilities
- Perform all technician duties related to the water preparation area. (Pre-treatment, RO, EDI, ultra-filtration.)
- Preparation of water treatment chemicals as per the standard operation procedure.
- Monitor operations carefully by maintaining quality parameters as per the requirements of the QA/QC department.
- Maintain overall equipment operation, sanitization, and CIP through responsive troubleshooting, preventive and predictive repairs, and adhering to operations guidelines and resource management (materials, metals, tools).
- Adhere to cGMP or current good manufacturing practices, standard operating methods, and legal regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Candidate Profile
- Certified by a reputed engineering institute with relative engineering discipline.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience as utility operator.
- Prior work experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments will be an added advantage.
