Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance to employees in case of injuries or illness.
- Monitor employees’ health and maintain medical records.
- Manage the first-aid room, medical supplies, and emergency medical equipment.
- Assist in medical emergencies, workplace health assessments, and health awareness programmes.
- Coordinate with hospitals, medical practitioners, and relevant authorities when required.
- Support occupational health and safety initiatives and maintain confidentiality of employee medical information.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience in occupational health, industrial nursing, or a similar role would be an added advantage.
- Valid first-aid and CPR/BLS training or certification would be an advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and record-keeping skills.
