Vacancy for Mechanical Technician (Koggala)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform all mechanical technician duties related to utility systems (Water treatment, Chillers, AHUs, Pumps, cooling towers, etc) and production machinery (Mixing system, FFS, Sterilizer, Packaging system etc.)
- Maintain equipment operation through responsive troubleshooting, preventive and predictive repairs and following operations guidelines & management of resources (materials, metals, tools).
- Documentation of appropriate logs, forms, reports databases and service records
- Adhere to cGMP or current good manufacturing practices, standard operating methods and legal regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Managing a team of junior or/and trainee technicians and assist with mentoring and training where necessary
Candidate Profile
- Certified by a reputable engineering institute.
- Sound knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical workshop operations, fabrication, and related equipment.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work on a shift basis.
- Previous work experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing will be an added advantage.
