Vacancy for QMS Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Prepare, review, and control SOPs, policies, and quality documents.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and follow up on CAPAs.
- Manage change controls, deviations, investigations, and risk assessments.
- Monitor compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain training records and quality documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality compliance programmes.
- Prepare quality metrics and management review reports.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in QA/QMS activities, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Good knowledge of GMP, GDP, QMS, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in document control, audits, CAPA, deviation, and change control processes.
- Strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
