Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers and air compressors.
- Ensure HVAC systems comply with regulatory standards, including cGMP and other industry-specific guidelines.
- Maintain HVAC systems to ensure correct and efficient operation, and conduct routine checks.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of preventive and breakdown maintenance activities in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend HVAC system lifespan. Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions promptly.
Candidate Profile
- Certification from a reputable engineering institute.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, air compressors, cooling towers and related components.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
