nWe’re looking for Quantity Surveyors with different levels of experience and specializations to join our dynamic team in Battaramulla & Matara. If you have the qualifications and experience outlined below, we’d love to hear from you and explore how you can be part of our growing team.
nLocation – Battaramulla & Matara
nQUANTITY SURVEYORS
n- n
- 3+ years of experience n
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent professional qualification n
- Overseas project experience is mandatory. Prior exposure to projects in Europe or the UK (SMM7) will be considered an advantage. n
- Solid knowledge of estimation, measurements, and billing n
- Advanced level in multiple QS software n
ASSISTANT QS
n- n
- Minimum 2+ years of experience n
- NCT/HND/Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying n
- Strong technical and analytical skills n
- Proficiency in industry-standard QS software (e.g., CostX, MS Excel) n
- Overseas project experience is mandatory. Prior exposure to projects in Europe or the UK (SMM7) will be considered an advantage. n
JUNIOR QS
n- n
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1+ years or less of experience n
- NCT/HND in Quantity Surveying, Diploma, or part qualification in Quantity Surveying n
- Willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the role n
- Proficiency in industry-standard QS software is an added advantage (e.g., CostX, MS Excel) n
