About the Role
We are looking for a young, energetic, and creative candidate (aged between 18–35 years) to join our team as a Social Media & Marketing Executive. The selected candidate will play a key role in promoting the company's brand, managing social media presence, and supporting digital marketing and content initiatives.
Employment Type
Full Time – Contract Basis
Salary: Rs. 50,000/= per month
Location: Matara
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Create engaging content, including posts, captions, reels, and short videos.
- Handle video shooting and editing for marketing and recruitment campaigns.
- Assist in branding activities, including promotions and company events.
- Coordinate with the recruitment and management teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
- Handle website updates and web handling activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must be residing in Matara area.
- Passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.).
- Knowledge in Facebook ads, Instagram ads, etc.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar field.
Advantage
- Previous experience in the clothing / apparel industry will be a definite advantage.
- Previous experience in marketing, promotions, web handling or social media management will be an added advantage.
