- Project Engineer (Buildings)
- B.Sc. Engineering with 5 years' experience or NDT with 10 years' experience.
- Site Engineer (Buildings)
- B.Sc. Engineering with 3 years' experience.
- Technical Officer (Buildings)
- NCT Civil with 3 years' experience.
- Quantity Surveyor
- NVQ Level 4 Qualified.
- Safety Officer
- 3 years' experience in relevant field with qualification.
- Supervisor
- NVQ Level 4 Qualified
