Production Manager
Beverage Manufacturing | Samagi Organics (Pvt) Ltd
Samagi Organics (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka’s second-largest essential oil exporter and the company behind the SPICEUP beverage project, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead our beverage manufacturing operations.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Food Science, Chemical or Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years in FMCG production, 1 year in beverage manufacturing.
- Hands-on knowledge of beverage lines: blending, pasteurisation, filling, packing.
- Sound knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000.
- Strong leadership and production planning skills; ERP and Excel proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily SPICEUP beverage production against quality targets.
- Supervise blending, filling, and packing; ensure GMP, HACCP, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with QC, R&D, Procurement, and Maintenance for smooth operations.
- Lead production teams and report KPIs: OEE, yield, and wastage.
