Immediate start. For a cafe located in Unawatuna, with a high standard for food & beverage and hospitality, and a largely international audience. Offering a competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Supporting chef, working in a small team to manage daily operations and ensure consistent, high-quality food presentation. Involves kitchen prep & organisation, quality & safety control, supporting inventory management, cleanliness and hygiene, supervision of junior staff.
Requirements
3 years of professional culinary experience, strong foundational cooking skills, proficient in food safety. Disciplined and able to work under pressure, with the confidence to execute role to a high standard. Familiarity with modern European cuisine essential. Preferably living in the Galle/Unawatuna area.
