Restaurant & Bar Manager
We are hiring a Restaurant & Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient team performance, and smooth food and beverage operations. The role involves managing service standards, staff performance, inventory, cost control, and guest satisfaction while supporting revenue growth and maintaining the hotel's quality standards.
Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. A degree or professional qualification in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field is preferred, along with strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Experience in luxury hotels or resorts, knowledge of food and beverage operations, and strong customer service skills will be an added advantage.
