Post of Store Keeper
Ceylon Eco Spices (Pvt) Ltd is a leading exporter of premium Ceylon spices, with a head office in Colombo and state-of-the-art facilities in Mahiyanganaya and Naula. We are a fast-growing Group looking for a Storekeeper to join us and build a long-term career. The position is based at our factory located in Beligalla, Mahiyanganaya.
Key Tasks:
- Methodically handle/maintain daily store operations.
- Responsible for all inward and outward activities in the stores
- Conduct periodic counts and minimize inventory variations.
- Preparation of inventory reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Manage and train store staff.
- Periodic visits to the outsourced warehouses
- Perform other duties assigned or required by the management.
- Ensure smooth operation and efficacy.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Hands-on experience In Inventory management, and experience in material inventory management would be a definite advantage.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines required.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office & ERP Systems will be an added advantage.
