We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and guest-focused Spa Therapist to join our Spa team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality spa treatments, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional massages and body treatments.
- Conduct pre-treatment consultations and recommend suitable treatments according to guest needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized and professional spa services while maintaining excellent guest care.
- Maintain a calm, comfortable, hygienic, and professional treatment environment.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, towels, linens, and spa materials are properly prepared and maintained.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance.
- Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally and immediately.
- Maintain good knowledge of spa treatments, products, packages, and services.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, sanitation, and resort practices and standards.
- Maintain guest confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times.
Professional Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Ayurveda, or Wellness is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in the spa or wellness industry.
- Good knowledge of massage techniques, spa treatments, and spa services.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Calm, friendly, patient, and attentive personality.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Service-oriented attitude with a passion for guest care.
