GENERAL MANAGER TO WORK IN OUR ELLA RESTAURANT

We are a restaurant in the centre of Ella town, with the capacity to serve over 180 guests, two separate bar counters, a pizzeria and a pastry kitchen. We offer high- Italian, Western, Sri Lankan, Mexican and Mediterranean dishes. We are currently hiring for the role below.
Desired Skills, Experience and Expectations
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in an equivalent position
- Prior experience in 3-5 star hotels or restaurants
- A diploma or certificate in hospitality from a recognised institution (an added advantage)
- Attention to detail, knowledge of ingredients and an artistic eye
- Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining staff, and guests
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, confidence and commitment
- Expats are also welcome
