We are hiring

Full service kitchen • Join us in Ella

Sevana Ella is a high-end forest-cabana retreat with a 32-seat restaurant, set on the Nine Arches Bridge trail in Ella. We’re looking for a full-service kitchen team to work alongside our Head Chef.

Kitchen Vacancies

• Chef de Partie — 4+ years’ experience
• Commis Chef I — 2–3 years’ experience
• Kitchen Helper / Cleaner — Entry level

Requirements

We’re seeking hands-on kitchen professionals, with:

• Proven full-service kitchen experience, ideally in a star-class or boutique property (chef roles)
• Sound knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety and HACCP standards
• Strong technical skills, consistency, and composure under service pressure
• A positive, collaborative team player who thrives in a close-knit brigade
