Join our dynamic team and contribute to optimizing operational processes with your expertise in workforce planning and data management. In this role, you will analyze module-wise staffing needs against budget requirements, ensuring timely actions to support smooth operations. You will manage and update labor turnover and absenteeism reports, charts, and SAP records, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Additionally, you will perform duties aligned with your role as requested by management, showcasing your adaptability and commitment to organizational goals.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree or Diploma in Business Management, with Human Resource Management being advantageous, and bring strong communication, interpersonal, and IT literacy skills.
