SPECIALIZING IN INBOUND TRAVEL TO SRI LANKA.
WE ARE SEEKING A YOUNG AND DYNAMIC PLAYER TO JOIN OUR TEAM
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan, Organize and respond to Customer / Agent Inquires
- Design and prepare itineraries as per requirements.
- Prepare detailed travel proposal and accurate tour costings.
- Manage bookings and maintain tour files
- Liaise with hotels and other vendors to secure bookings and other arrangements.
- Provide support and assistance to clients during tours resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Flexibility in working hours
Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge:
- Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 Years of experience in the Inbound Travel Industry.
- Strong knowledge of destination (Sri Lanka) Hotels / Sites / Routes.
- Fluent in English Communicational Skills (Speaking / Writing).
- Adaptive Selling – Adapting communication to a person or situation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
