TECHNICAL OFFICER
Location: Walpola
Duration: Initially 06 months, renewable based on performance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide L1 technical support for customer complaints related to 2G/3G/4G RAN.
- Analyze and troubleshoot network-related issues using monitoring and analytical tools.
- Review network parameters and performance indicators to identify coverage, quality, capacity, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with RF, Optimization, Transmission, Core, and other technical teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely investigation, escalation, updates, and closure according to SLA requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of investigations, actions taken, and customer feedback.
- Analyze network data using MS Excel, Pivot Tables, and other analytical tools.
- Prepare technical and analysis reports as required.
- Identify recurring network issues and highlight them to the relevant technical teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/HND/Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in telecommunication and mobile networks are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of 2G/3G/4G mobile network concepts will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work according to required SLA timelines.
