Join Silueta, a leader in no-sew bonding and advanced thermal moulding technologies, as an Intern - Production and contribute to creating high-performance apparel solutions. Based in Biyagama, We are seeking undergraduates pursuing a Degree in Physical Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
You will support daily production activities within the Bra Cup Section, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. By assisting with production planning, monitoring output, and identifying potential delays, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence. Your proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and general IT applications will support data analysis and process optimization, while your strong communication skills will enable effective collaboration across teams. This position also provides the opportunity to contribute to Lean initiatives aimed at improving productivity and minimizing waste.
