EXECUTIVE – QUALITY ASSURANCE

Key Responsibilities
- Perform relevant quality checks for the sewing process to ensure production meets quality and process requirements.
- Inform Technicians, Supervisors and relevant stakeholders of production discrepancies and quality issues.
- Monitor process failures and initiate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Follow-up inline, endline inspections and ensure reports are accurately maintained.
- Monitor the performance of End Line Checkers and identify improvement areas.
- Participate in changeover meetings and review CTQ, process risks, and quality requirements.
- Ensure End Line FTT is maintained within target levels.
- Coach, mentor and support development of Quality Checkers and Inspectors.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Textile Technology / Apparel Manufacturing / Quality Management / Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Professional certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO, Lean, Six Sigma Yellow Belt) is an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in apparel manufacturing quality assurance or quality inspection.
- Hands-on experience in cutting, inline, end-line, or AQL inspection processes.
- Exposure to customer quality standards and workmanship requirements is an advantage.
- Experience in defect identification, inspection reporting, and quality documentation.
- Experience in handling quality issues in cutting or production operations is an added advantage.
