Service Advisor - Mechanical – LOLC Motors (Pvt) Ltd – Gothatuwa
LOLC Motors (PVT) Ltd, is a multi-purpose workshop which undertakes the servicing and repair of vehicles owned by external parties and individuals intending to avail themselves of a premium vehicle care and a maintenance regime. We wish to provide opportunities for dynamic individuals who are willing to work in a challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive customers and accurately identify their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare repair orders, estimates and ensure timely customer approvals.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians and monitor repair progress.
- Provide regular updates to customers on vehicle status and completion.
- Ensure vehicles are delivered on time with the required quality standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Promote recommended maintenance, repairs and additional service opportunities.
Key Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / HND / NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Automobile Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in an automobile workshop environment.
- Good knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs and automotive technical terminology.
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Good computer literacy and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service targets.
- Experience in EV / Hybrid vehicles.
