IT MANAGER
We are looking for a proactive, business-focused IT Manager to manage and coordinate IT operations, projects and technology improvements across the Group. This role is ideal for an IT professional who is technically capable, organised, practical and commercially minded, with the ability to turn business requirements into effective technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects from requirement gathering through to implementation.
- Coordinate internal users, IT vendors and external service providers.
- Identify opportunities for automation, system integration, digitalisation and AI.
- Review and improve existing IT systems, processes and infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures and best practices.
- Support IT security, access controls, backups and system reliability.
- Provide guidance and training to users to improve IT capabilities.
- Monitor IT budgets, service providers and technology-related expenditure.
- Oversee first-line IT support and handle escalated technical/system issues.
- Act as the main point of contact for IT matters across the Group.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT Management, IT Projects or a similar role.
- Good practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, networks, hardware, software and IT infrastructure.
- Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong understanding of business processes and practical IT solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership from requirement to completion.
