EXECUTIVE – LEGAL (FIXED TERM CONTRACT)
BASED AT RANALA

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day legal support and guidance to management and relevant departments on operational matters.
- Review and provide comments on legal documents, agreements, contracts, letters and other business documentation.
- Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate such risks.
- Draft, review, amend and maintain contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external lawyers in relation to contract negotiations and execution.
- Maintain an organized database and records of all agreements and legal documents.
- Monitor contract validity, renewal dates and key contractual obligations.
- Support HR in handling employee-related legal matters, disciplinary inquiries and labour-related issues.
- Maintain records of ongoing and potential legal cases involving the company.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of contracts, legal notices, court documents and correspondence.
- Ensure timely renewal and tracking of licenses, agreements and other legal documents.
- Prepare periodic legal reports and updates for management.
Qualifications & Experience
- A qualified AAL of the Supreme Court of SL
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a legal, corporate legal, commercial or manufacturing environment.
- A Degree in law or any other professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to the apparel/manufacturing industry is preferred.
