Join Silueta - Biyagama as a Senior Executive – Pattern Technologist
Join the Silueta team at MAS and support in transforming creative designs into perfectly crafted garments. As an Executive in Human Resources, you will create patterns based on designer sketches, garments, or measurement sheets, ensuring technical precision in fit and measurements. You’ll oversee pattern grading, garment costing, and technical package preparation while collaborating with sewing technicians, machinists, and customers to refine patterns and address technical issues. Your expertise will guide the sample creation process from initial design to production, ensuring all specifications are met.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree or a Diploma in Pattern Making or Garment Technology, and bring 2–3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
