Join Noyon Lanka - Biyagama as an Team Member Colour Lab
Join our team as a Team Member Color Lab, where you will support a range of color development and laboratory activities to ensure accurate and consistent color standards. In this role, you will be involved in:
- customer lab dip development
- recipe creation
- master color card preparation
- color matching activities
- maintaining customer color tolerance requirements to support quality and customer expectations
The ideal candidate should have successfully completed the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination in the Science Stream and possess at least 1 year of experience in a Color Lab environment. Candidates with strong color matching skills, attention to detail, and a passion for color development and laboratory operations are encouraged to apply.
