Designation: Automotive Body Shop Supervisor
We are leading company providing vehicle services to all kind of vehicle repairs in Biyagama. We are looking for an energetic candidate for the post of Automotive Body Shop Supervisor.
Experience and qualifications
- 4-6 years proven experience in a supervision role within an automotive body shop/Dealer or repair facility.
- NVQ Level 6 or A Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering or any technical related field.
- Good Knowledge in Collision Repair management & Insurance Automotive Claims management.
- Familiarity with all body shop equipment.
- Sound knowledge of paints & painting ingredients.
- Ability of Color Mixing would be an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Mechanical Field and MS Office.
- Need to have a proper understanding on the vehicle spare parts.
- Proficient in managing in both English and Sinhala.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure company operating procedures are followed.
- Monitor technicians’ daily productivity.
- Facilitate or conduct technical training to the team.
- Manage employees when required.
- Able to work under pressure & make correct & quick decisions.
- Ability to finish and hand over customer’s vehicles on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workshop and surrounding areas.
Salary Range: 75,000/= LKR – 170,000/= (subject to conditions).
- ✦ Attractive salary package will be offered depending on qualifications & experience.
- ✦ Working Hours Monday to Saturday 7.45 AM - 5.30 PM
- ✦ Leave Days: Sunday & Poya day
