Designation: Service Supervisor
We are one of the leading companies in the Biyagama area, providing comprehensive vehicle services and repairs for all types of vehicles. We are currently looking for a dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented individual with strong communication and leadership skills to manage our customer base and workshop staff.
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum 03 year experience of handling automobile workshops with knowledge of Vehicle Service and full detailing (Interior and Exterior)
- Excellent management, interpersonal, planning, leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure & make correct & quick decisions.
- Good in both English & Sinhala.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office Package.
- Age should be between 27-45 years.
- Ability to train the employees.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure company operating procedures are followed.
- Planning and monitoring daily routine work within the workshop.
- Monitor technicians’ daily productivity.
- Facilitate or conduct technical training.
- Manage employees when required.
Salary Range: Above 80,000 LKR (subject to conditions).
- Attractive salary package will be offered depending on qualifications & experience.
- Working Hours Tuesday to Sunday 8.00 AM - 5.30 PM
- Leave Days: Monday & Poya day
