We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the heat transfer and bonding application process from development to production across Cut and Sew, BRA, and E Knit technologies. This role involves collaborating with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to ensure product and process excellence. Key responsibilities include recommending suitable methods during development, coordinating with suppliers for material recommendations, optimizing processes for production efficiency, and guiding operators on machinery and techniques. Additionally, you will ensure accurate specification documentation and share best practices to streamline product integration and reduce startup time across manufacturing plants.
- The ideal candidate will hold a Degree or Diploma in Textile or Polymer Science, along with 3-4 years of experience in a similar role and knowledge of garment technology or production processes.
