Supervisor (Orugodawatta)
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop/service operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor employee performance, discipline and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors by providing timely updates on job progress, technical issues, and service completion status.
- Coordinate with technicians and other departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support operational planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve departmental objectives.
Qualifications :
- Certificate or Diploma in Automobile Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Automobile Industry.
- Age below 50 years.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with strong self-motivation.
- Must possess a valid Light Vehicle and Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
