Minimum G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification
Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances
Conduct customer visits when required; a valid riding licence will be an added advantage
Communicate with customers to agree on payment dates and negotiate repayment plans
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer payment commitments
Previous experience in debt collection, credit control, or a similar role will be an added advantage
