Join our team as an Intern - Industrial Engineering, where you will gain hands-on experience in optimizing operational performance and driving process improvements. You will conduct time and method studies, assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and support the design of efficient production line layouts. By monitoring key performance indicators and preparing detailed reports, you will play an integral role in enhancing productivity and workflow efficiency. Additionally, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing practices such as Kaizen and 5S.
The ideal candidate will hold an undergraduate or graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related discipline, and bring a strong foundation in industrial engineering concepts and process improvement methodologies.
