DGM Construction
- Structural Design Engineer - Professionally qualified Civil Engineer with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification, and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
- Quality Assurance Manager - Professionally qualified Civil or Materials Engineer with a relevant B.Sc. degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Environment Manager - Relevant degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Highway Design Engineer - Professionally qualified Civil Engineer with a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification, and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
- Planning Engineer - B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering construction.
- Mechanical Service Engineer - Relevant Degree or an equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction Mechanical field.
- Quantity Surveyor - B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction field.
- Draughtsman - Relevant qualifications and a minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
- Environment Officer - Relevant Degree and a minimum of 2 years of construction experience.

Project Manager
- Project Manager - B.S. in Civil Engineering with Professional status or an equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering construction. Experience as a Contractor's Representative will be an added advantage.
- Site Manager - B.S. in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the construction field.
- Safety Manager - Bachelor Degree and 1 year Diploma in a relevant field with 10 years of experience.
- Senior Accountant - Relevant Degree with Professional qualification, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in reputed organization.
- Site Engineer - B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification, with 1-2 years of experience in the construction field.
- Surveyor - B.Sc. in Surveying or an equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction field.
- Technical Officer - NCT, NDT, NDES, or an equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction field.
- QA/QC Inspector - Relevant qualifications and a minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
- Safety Officer - Relevant qualifications and a minimum of 2 years of industry experience.
