Production Manager
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven, and dynamic individual to join our team as a Production Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and overseeing production activities, ensuring efficient output, maintaining quality standards, optimizing productivity, and fostering a safe and compliant working environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient output and timely delivery;
- Develop and implement production plans to achieve operational targets;
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and safety regulations;
- Monitor production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives;
- Manage manpower planning, workforce productivity, and employee performance;
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and HR departments;
- Control production costs and optimize resource utilization;
- Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained to minimize downtime;
- Prepare and analyze production reports, KPIs, and operational performance metrics;
- Promote Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices throughout production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial/production experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality management, and operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and production reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple operational priorities.
