GRAPHIC DESIGNER & DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Nature Ceylon Trading (Pvt) Ltd, the home of EMINENT Artisan Ceylon Tea, is looking for a creative and digitally skilled professional to manage our brand’s visual identity, website and social media presence, and drive digital marketing for local and international markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design creative graphics for social media, digital advertisements, and campaigns.
n
• Manage and update the EMINENT tea website (eminenttea.com) with products, banners, content, and updates.
n
• Handle all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
n
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
n
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, short videos and product photography.
n
• Develop monthly content calendars and marketing strategies.
n
• Maintain a consistent premium brand identity across all digital channels.
n
• Monitor website performance, social media engagement and results, and prepare regular reports.
n
• Assist with packaging artwork, brochures, catalogs, exhibition graphics and other marketing materials.
n
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
n
• Ensure the website is secure, updated and functioning correctly.
n

REQUIREMENTS

n
• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or related field.
n
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, social media management and/ or digital marketing.
n
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (InDesign is an advantage).
n
• Good video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar).
n
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
n
• Experience in managing websites (WordPress, Shopify or similar CMS).
n
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing tools.
n
• Strong creative sense for premium brands (FMCG, food & beverage, etc.).
n
• Good written English and copywriting skills.
n
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
n
