1. HEALTH & SAFETY OFFICER
Avissawella & Katunayake
- Responsible for maintaining workplace health & safety standards
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable safety requirements
2. HEAD OF PRODUCTION
Avissawella & Katunayake
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Bakery Industry.
- Experience in 5-star/7-star class hotels or a reputed food production environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food production, food safety, GMP, HACCP, and quality standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in production planning, cost control, wastage reduction, and quality management.
- Relevant qualifications in Food Technology, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field will be an added advantage.
